I love it when couples get really creative to make their wedding unique, so I was thrilled when Timm and Rachel asked me to be their photographer. Timm, who works at a cycle shop here in Oxford, found a vintage tandem bicycle and fixed it up for the wedding. The idea was that they would ride from the ceremony to the reception venue through the center of Oxford on the tandem! It was a fantastic idea and made the photography so much fun. I think you’ll agree that their wedding was amazing, fun and totally unique…I loved Rachel’s ‘birdcage veil’, the grooms knit bowtie, the ushers cool and relaxed in jeans look and all the other fun touches, especially the Lego bride and groom cake topper. But mostly I enjoyed photographing Rachel and Timm because they are such a fun couple and so obviously head over heals for each other!
