Here’s The Plan

Today I am going to talk you through all the details- from how you book me to receiving your final images and your bespoke Queensberry Album.

Get Booked!

By this stage you’ve had a good look through my website (and read my about me page and my blog), so you know we are a great fit.

Take a look at my packages and prices to choose the package you’d like. If you need a bit of help deciding, or you’d like to talk through the details, we can set up a call or a Zoom meeting.

I’ll send you over your booking questionnaire, so I know the basics about your wedding, an electronic booking form and the invoice for your £300 retainer fee. Your balance is due 30 days before your wedding. When you’ve signed the online form and paid the retainer fee you will be fully booked in, YAY!

Plan Your Dream Wedding

Once you are booked it’s time to plan. Ask me about alternative wedding suppliers in Oxford. Over the past 10 years I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings in Oxford- and I’ve built great relationships with other suppliers. Plus couples are always letting me know their favourites. During your planning stage I am here to answer any questions you might have to make the most of your wedding photography. Your Engagement Shoot

If you’ve chosen an engagement shoot as part of your package, we will schedule the shoot 1-2 months before your wedding. Engagement shoots take place at a location of your choice in Oxford or Central London, or alternative location on request. You can read some tips on planning the perfect engagement shoot here.

Before the Big Day

If you haven’t chosen an engagement shoot we can schedule a pre wedding catchup over the phone or Zoom- it’s a time to go over all the little details of your day and get to know each other a bit more. I’ll email you a couple months before your wedding to schedule our chat and send you over your final invoice.

Your Wedding Day

On your wedding day, I’ll arrive 1-1.5 hours before your ceremony to begin documenting you as you get ready. Throughout the day, I’ll take mostly candid, unposed shots that truly document each moment and all the emotions you’re feeling. We will also schedule a time for group shots and a fun and stress free shoot with your love. I guarantee there will be no awkward posing! I’ve been told that the day goes by so quickly, and I capture loads of shots that you won’t even remember, along with all those fleeting moments throughout the day.

LET’S CELEBRATE

Within a week of your wedding, We’ll celebrate with a few “sneak peek” glimpses at your wedding photos while I’m head down and hands deep into the editing process.

WEDDING IMAGES

In about 4-6 weeks (I’ll give you an estimate after your wedding), I’ll send you a link to a private, password protected online viewing gallery to share with your family and friends. Visitors can order prints and download photos, making it convenient to share with your guests from around the world. I’ll also send you a  USB package with all of your beautifully edited images that you are free to use however you’d like.

YOUR WEDDING ALBUM

If you’ve ordered an album, you’ll select your images through your online gallery. I’ll create a digital layout for you to view before sending it off for production. Once the order is placed I will send you an approximate production time. You can also order parent or guest albums in smaller sizes as a thank you.
