The post Coseners House Wedding Photography- Faye and Nick's Fun Summertime Wedding first appeared on Rachel Movitz Weddings.]]> One of the things I love about shooting weddings is that I get to discover some hidden gems.  I never really explored Abingdon, a market town just outside of Oxford, until recently.  Faye and Nick, who recently moved to the area from London, wanted a relaxed garden wedding and found the perfect low key venue at Coesner’s House.  It has lovely grounds right along the river and is just a couple of blocks from the registry office.  In addition to some lovely old architecture and riverside location, Abingdon boasts it’s own donkey sanctuary.  What better way to make a wedding unique than to adopt a sweet donkey for the day!  I love Faye’s dress and the bouquets!I love Nick’s funky ‘ring’ tattoo!

The post Oxford Four Pillars Wedding Photography- Audrey and Matt's Riverside Wedding first appeared on Rachel Movitz Weddings.]]> When I met Audrey and Matt last Autumn, they told me that they were planning a very intimate wedding on Valentines day.  They planned to tie the knot on the banks of the Thames River in Oxford.  I thought it was a wonderfully romantic idea, although I have to admit I was a bit worried about the weather in February.  As it turned out, it was a gorgeous sunny day, in fact it was the nicest day all winter!  The late winter light made for a beautiful ceremony and drinks reception on a boat. The couple took so much care in the details- I just love Audrey’s dress!  After sunset guests were invited to mingle in the lounge of the hotel next to an open fire a wonderful dinner and cakes and dancing to finish off the night.  Thank you to my assistant, Ben Taylor!
